The hotel was disappointing, clearly it was not ready for the season.Whilst the staff were positive the general standards let it down. Our first room had no hot water we then moved without any help to another room which had nice terrace and seaview. The loungers unfortunately were broken and took two days to get changed. The breakfast was basic no live cooking and repetitive. Hotel needs a full overhaul, broken signs, missing lights, dirty windows etc. luckily we made our holiday out of the hotel and still enjoyed our trip.

Air conditioning did work properly
Food was terrible - eggs left out so rock hard and inedible / maybe make anyone ill
Let non residents use the pool so no where to lay down etc - had to resort to a ‘bean bag’ on floor
Avoid this place - 2 star at best and over priced

Great centrally located hotel. Friendly staff, nice room, not all the facilities were working (after peak season I think) but very convenient for Elounda’s restaurants, shops and bars. Lovely!

One night was enough to never come back.
The place was dirty, found a huge ball of long hair on top of the bed. The rooms are very tight, the space between the bed and the walls is less than 20 cm/8in.
The hotel is in a hill, lots of stairs, very uncomfortable overall.

a very comfortable small hotel built over several layers and buildings
Only one night at teh end of a trip but it was very comfortable and teh pool looked nice
Well located with a very short walk to the centre of town
Reception staff v friendly. Good breakfast on a terrace with great views
Only "challenge" was finding the car park - I suggest they have a small map made for guests as google maps isn't helpful
Overall; a good place to stay i- good value and comfortable

Nice hotel but so many parts not open
Lovely hotel but disapointed the spa wasn't open. Jacuzzi wasn't working and the rooftop bar and hotel bar weren't open. If id known before would have chosen a different hotel. Also sea view room was partial and only if you could see above the trees.
